Exams

Exams are not compulsory by any means and it is the pupils choice whether to do them or not. They do provide a brilliant way of keeping pupils motivated and giving them a sense of achievement, but it's entirely the pupil's choice. Not everyone is comfortable with going into a room face to face with an examiner, so I also use the MTB examining board if pupils would prefer.

ABRSM exams

Associated Boad of the Royal Schools of Music - These exams are taken at at an exam centre.

MTB exams

I also offer Music Teachers' Board exams. These exams are submitted online via an audio or video recording.

Both examination boards are regulated by Ofqual and both hold UCAS points.
